The Jesus is Risen (JIR) Foundation is an international partnership of Christians whose mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in serving full-time Christian workers and their families as they preach the good news, disciple the Lord’s followers and minister to their communities around the world for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom.

Where Your Support Goes

In many countries, most Christian workers do not receive sufficient income to provide the basic needs for their families. The JIR Foundation assists full-time, dedicated missionaries, pastors and ministry workers with supplemental financial resources in order that they may be able to afford food, clothing, medical care, school tuition and textbooks for their families.

Often, Christian pastors and leaders in poverty-stricken countries are unable to afford adequate resources to further their education in the ministry. They also lack funds to provide Bibles and discipleship materials for their congregations. The JIR Foundation partners with churches all over the world to contribute to the spiritual growth and transformations of these workers and their communities.

Training for the ministry

The church and its workers need to be properly trained, equipped and prepared to understand the Lord’s work. But in many countries, Christian workers do not have access and financial ability to receive sound training in the ministry. The JIR Foundation partners with church leaders to help train and teach workers for His Kingdom.
