Our Purpose

JIR Foundation and Donors provide financial support to dedicated full-time Christian workers who do not have sufficient financial resources to support their family. JIR serves to encourage Christ’s servants by filling in the gap between their existing resources and their true needs. In so doing, JIR seeks to: 

• Ease the burden of Christian workers from taking part time jobs to augment their family’s financial resources


• Provide supplemental resource to help with the cost of food, clothing, children’s education, and medical care


• Create more time for Christian workers to concentrate on making disciples and to sharpen their skills for a more effective ministry

JIR Foundation assists full-time Christian workers through one time gifts or a regularly scheduled monthly grant. These are made possible by donors who give regularly or once a year. JIR serves as a link between the active full-time Christian workers in the mission field and those who are in the local churches but have a desire to partake in God’s plan to reach the world for Christ. We believe that in God’s plan both the donors and Christian workers serve to fulfill Christ’s commandment in Matthew 28:19-20:

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
