Henry's passion for the Lord and his heart for pastors and missionaries led him and his wife to the creation of JIR Foundation. Henry has served in various ministries in the U.S. and Asia. He brings a wealth of knowledge to JIR as an entrepreneur and businessman. Henry is President of the successful real estate and mortgage loan company, Get Assured Inc.

Delilah Lubaton - Vice President
Delilah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her desire is to use the skills and knowledge the Lord has given her to advance His Kingdom and to see others come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Monica Chen - Secretary
As Co-Founder of JIR Foundation, Monica shares a passion for serving pastors and missionaries. She is a classically trained pianist with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Piano from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Monica uses her talent to serve in various ministries and has been very active in the JIR Foundation since it began in 2006.

Puring Lubaton - Advisor to the Board
Using her gift in teaching, Puring formerly taught at Bible Baptist Seminary in their elementary and college departments. For years, she served alongside her husband, Pastor Genovevo Lubaton, in various church ministries, including pastoral ministry, church planting, missions and youth ministries. Her passion is to reach parents and their children for Christ.

Ray Gutierrez
Ray’s primary ministry is to disciple men in the church and beyond. He has served as an elder at Alliance Bible Church in Long Beach, California, where for over 15 years, he shepherded and gave leadership to a church with a passion to study God’s Word and proclaim the gospel of Christ. He is blessed with 17 years of marriage with his wife, Patricia and their two sons, Andrew and Luke.

Bennie Lagos
Bennie is a consultant for church leaders in the U.S. and Asia. His primary focus is growing church ministries. Bennie served on staff at Saddleback Church and has served in various ministries in the U.S. and Asia. Bennie mentors Christians to live out their faith and build Christ-centered relationships.

Paul Sarnicula
Paul is a self-employed Home Health and Hospice Consultant in the Inland Empire. He teaches Sunday School regularly and assists in music and choir. He is currently involved in uniting pastors in the Philippines and Asia to buy airtime on secular stations to play sermons and get the Word of God to remote places. In his spare time, he travels with his wife and daughter.

Eleazar Soriano
Ely is a business owner based in Downtown Los Angeles. As a pastor’s kid from the Philippines, he witnessed firsthand the financial hardships that pastors and their families face. He developed a passion for serving in missions and helping the needy, especially those in ministry. He has made it his life’s mission to help them in anyway possible.

Sheena Valero
Sheena views her life as a gift from God and is committed to using it as a gift to Him. Whether serving at her church or guiding young people in their faith, she’s dedicated to bringing others to Christ. In content strategy, she channels this commitment into driving change in the nonprofit sector. She also supports the JIR Foundation, helping ministers share the Gospel. At home, she enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and their sons.
